Cuba Journal Editor in Chief Simons Chase will be among the speakers on a major panel covering Cuba’s hotel sector this week.
Chase will be among the panelists at a general session covering investments and opportunities in Cuba at this week’s CHICOS investment conference in Puerto Rico.
The panel will explore the risks associated with Cuba’s emerging market, and a look at the way the island’s current hotel landscape is dominated by small operators and large Spanish all-inclusive chains.
Chase will join Amy Ironmonger, Attorney – K&L Gates, LLC; Arturo Garcia Rosa, President & Founder – SAHIC; Javier Coll, Executive Vice President & Chief Strategy Officer – Apple Leisure Group and Sonia Laguna, Owner – Just 90 Miles Touring Company.
